A recent trip to Marquette always nice to see the Red-headed Woodpeckers. A nice number of the woodpeckers were seen today about the woodland. Beautiful day, with temps around 72 and mostly sunny skies. Images were taken on June 22, 2021.

Always nice to see the return of Red-headed Woodpeckers in Marquette County. 4 of this species have made a late return this year, hopefully more will follow. Beautiful day, with temps around 60 and mostly sunny skies. Images were taken on May 8, 2021.
